Dashboard Explained: Sailer

Sailers can use the Dashboard to monitor Sailebot’s performance in real time, from outreach activity to leads delivered, all in one place.

Updated over 3 months ago

Getting Started with Your Dashboard

The My Sailebot Dashboard gives you a real-time view of how your outreach is performing. From prospecting activity to insights, this tool helps you track key engagement metrics, spot trends, and stay aligned on what’s working.

Selecting a Campaign

If you have multiple active campaigns, you can toggle between campaigns using the dropdown menu. This allows you to view performance metrics specific to each campaign, and the dashboard will automatically update based on your selection.

Only seeing one campaign?
Most Sailers start with a single campaign. If you're interested in expanding your reach with additional campaigns, reach out to your Captain to learn more.

Quick Wins

The Quick Wins panel highlights the most important actions you can take right now to move conversations forward. These items surface automatically based on your Sailebot’s recent activity and are designed to help you stay on top of high-value opportunities.

You may see items such as:

  • Unconverted AiQL™ – Leads who expressed interest but haven’t been converted yet.

  • Unanswered Objection – Prospects who asked a question or raised a concern and are waiting on your reply.

As you complete each item, simply mark it as done. This keeps your dashboard clean and ensures your Sailebot stays aligned with the most current activity.

Prospecting Activity

All metrics are within the past 3 months.

Companies
Total number of companies your Sailebots have prospected.

Positive Engagement

The percentage of companies that respond positively to your Sailebot (for example, requesting a meeting, more information, or a follow-up).

This is calculated by dividing the number of positive responses by the total number of companies contacted.

In cold email, a typical positive response rate is around 1%. A Positive Engagement rate at or above 1% means your Sailebot is performing at or above industry benchmarks.

Emails per AiQL

Average outbound emails required to generate an AiQL.

Days to AiQL

Average number of days an account is active before generating an AIQL.

Manual Equivalency (People)

This metric translates your Sailebot’s output into “people power.” It compares the number of tasks your Sailebot completes over three months with the typical workload of a full-time SDR for the same period, showing how many SDRs it would take to do that work manually.

The SDR capacity used in this calculation is informed by industry productivity benchmarks from The Bridge Group, Inc.

Performance Snapshot

These real-time widgets provide a quick overview of your Sailebot's health and impact. Each one offers insights into deliverability, outreach activity, sentiment, and intelligence, helping you track what's working and where to optimize.

Email Deliverability

What it means:
This score estimates how likely your emails are landing in inboxes versus spam, based on how often recipients reply (positive & negative responses).

A score of 50% or higher is considered strong.

⚠️ Important: This is not a direct measure of inbox placement. It shows how often a send results in a response, not whether every email was successfully delivered.

Why not use open rates?
Open rates are no longer reliable because bot-triggered opens and security filters often trigger false opens. Because of this, response-based metrics provide a much more accurate view of deliverability.

Tips to Improve Deliverability:

    1. Send from a domain/subdomain configured by your company
      Improves deliverability

    2. Avoid including links in your emails
Links can trigger spam filters, especially in early-stage outreach. Keep it clean and text-based.

    3. Remove common spam trigger words
Terms like “free,” “guarantee,” or “no obligation” can harm inbox placement.

    4. Leave out phone numbers and emojis
These can flag your message as promotional or spammy, especially in cold outreach.

💡 Pro tip: For more examples and copy guidelines, check out our Email Best Practices for Deliverability guide. It walks through subject lines, CTAs, and full script examples that follow these rules.

Email Volume

What it means:
This measures the number of emails your Sailebot is sending daily. A volume of 500+ emails daily is considered healthy and helps maximize your chances of generating leads.

Tips to Improve Volume:

    1. Expand targeting by adding new industries or job titles

    2. Add a list of warm/cold leads who attended a webinar or tradeshow that your Sailebot can follow up on.

    3. Add locations to expand your Sailebot's reach.

Response Sentiment

What it means:
This reflects the tone and intent of the replies your Sailebot receives. It tracks how many responses are favorable (AiQL, Developing & Positive Response) versus unfavorable (objections & unsubscribed).

A higher favorable sentiment means your messaging is resonating, even if a lead isn’t immediately ready to convert.

Tips to Improve Response Sentiment:

    1. Soften your CTA — focus on insight, not just booking a meeting

    2. Avoid aggressive or overly “salesy” language that may trigger objections

    3. Refine messaging to align with your target audience’s challenges

    4. Use objection data to reframe your content around actual pushback trends

Sailebot Intelligence

What it means:
This score reflects how much your Sailebot has learned from its outreach activity, including leads, trends, and optimizations over time. The more it learns, the smarter and more precise it becomes in targeting, tone, and engagement.

A higher intelligence score = more refined outreach, better timing, and stronger qualification.

Tips to Improve Sailebot Intelligence:

  • Keep campaigns running consistently — intelligence builds through ongoing activity

  • Review and approve new content iterations to help the Sailebot test what resonates

  • Use feedback loops — like giving your AiQLs the thumbs up or down based on quality.

  • Avoid frequent changes, as they interrupt your Sailebot’s ability to gather consistent data, making it harder to know what’s actually driving results.
