What is Network?
Network allows our Sailebots to engage contacts based on job title, level, and function, aligning with your targeting criteria. It also connects with adjacent personas and strategic contacts who are more likely to refer key decision-makers and generate AiQLs.
How does Network Work?
Job Title keywords - Guidelines
Keep it focused: Use 10+ core keywords. Quality over quantity leads to better results.
➡️ Example: If you are selling employee onboarding software, consider using "HR, Human Resources, People, Culture, Talent, Training, TA, Operations, Recruit, Onboarding, Experience, Operations, Culture, Workplace, HRIS, Learning, Enablement".
Include variations: Use both formal titles and common industry terms.
"Marketing" and "Growth" for growth marketing roles
"Sales" and "Revenue" for revenue operations roles
Job Level - Guidelines
Choose adjacent levels: Select 2-3 levels that align with your typical decision-making process.
➡️ Example for senior-level sales: "Director”, “VP”, “Chief"
➡️ Example for mid-market: "Senior”, “Manager, Director"
Job Function - Guidelines
Identify strategic functions: Choose a few job functions that align with the problem your product/service solves, and are likely to be part of the buying committee or referral chain
➡️ Example if your solution helps with employee onboarding: "Human Resources”, “Operations"
What this means for you:
More Precise Targeting: Your campaigns will reach contacts who more closely match your exact criteria
Better Campaign Performance: More relevant contacts mean higher response rates and better conversations that will drive AiQLs.
Greater Control: You have direct input on exactly who gets targeted
Network Contact Mix:
This represents the ideal mix of contacts the Sailebot aims to achieve when sourcing prospects. In addition to identifying the right contacts based on your criteria (e.g., keywords, levels, functions, locations), the Sailebot will engage 3–5 relevant individuals at each company to maximize reach and referral potential.
Decision Maker: Keywords Matches: 65%
Influencer: Job Functions: 15%
Influencer: Job Levels (only): 10%
Strategic Contacts: 10%
Why do we engage "Strategic" contacts?
Why do we engage "Strategic" contacts?
Referrals serve as a significant lever for AiQLs. Our goal is to consistently pull in a small percentage of supplemental contacts. Engaging with random individuals ensures that, at the very least, we always have some contacts available for outreach, in the event that we have exhausted our list of decision makers.
