What are Sailebot Influenced Deals?
When you upload an exclusion list, Sailebot scans the list to see if it has ever engaged that company. If Sailebot has, then that company is marked as a “Sailebot-influenced deal” and reported in the Captain dashboard.

How does it work?
When an exclusion list is uploaded, it is essential to include a new “Exclusion Reason” field. If any companies on that list are current customers of yours, it is crucial to populate this field with the value ‘current customer’.
For companies marked as ‘current customer’, Sailebot will analyze those companies to see if there have been any contacts engaged at that company.
If the Sailebot has previously engaged that company, that company will be treated as a Sailebot-influenced deal. You can export this list, which contains the following:
Date of first engagement
Total contacts engaged
Total outbound emails sent
Objections received
Total Email Responses
