Prospecting Activity
All metrics are from the past 3 months.
Companies
Total number of companies your Sailebots have prospected.
Positive Engagement
The percentage of companies that respond positively to your Sailebot (for example, requesting a meeting, more information, or a follow-up).
This is calculated by dividing the number of positive responses by the total number of companies contacted.
In cold email, a typical positive response rate is around 1%. A Positive Engagement rate at or above 1% means your Sailebot is performing at or above industry benchmarks.

Emails per AiQL
Average outbound emails required to generate an AiQL.
Days to AiQL
Average number of days an account is active before generating an AIQL.
Manual Equivalency (People)
This metric translates your Sailebot’s output into “people power.” It compares the number of tasks your Sailebot completes over three months with the typical workload of a full-time SDR for the same period, showing how many SDRs it would take to do that work manually.
The SDR capacity used in this calculation is informed by industry productivity benchmarks from The Bridge Group, Inc.
Current Leads
All metrics shown reflect activity from the last 12 months.
AiQLs
Leads where the prospect has clearly asked for a next step (for example, a meeting, demo, or pricing)
Hi John, Monday at 3 pm works great for me.
Hi John, please send over more information.
Positive Responses
Replies that show interest and move the conversation forward. These often include referrals to the correct contact (e.g., “You should reach out to John at this number”) or resource-sharing responses, such as vendor links or internal handoffs.
Developing
Active positive leads that are still in motion; your Sailebot has started a good conversation, and the prospect is considering, coordinating internally, or scheduling next steps.
Referral: Hi John, the correct person to handle this is Joe. You can email him at Joe@blabla.com.
Future Follow-Up: Hi John, please email me in 3 months when I have time to review this.
💡 Pro tip: Use Developing leads to guide your follow-up plan and turn vague interest (“circle back next quarter”) into a clear next step by connecting on LinkedIn and proactively nudging for a meeting sooner, rather than relying on Sailebot to follow up at the requested time.
Nurture
Leads that previously showed interest, such as providing a referral or asking for a follow-up, but have since gone cold or paused the conversation.
💡 Pro tip: Treat Nurture leads as warm, not cold. Every so often, re-engage them with something low-friction, a quick check-in, a relevant resource, or an update on what’s new.
