All Responses View Explained

Everything you need to know about managing your "All Responses" view within Starboard. Captains and Commanders can now view all leads for the Sailebots in their fleet from one central location.

Updated over 3 months ago

1. What does this view contain?

This feature provides easy access to your fleet’s leads without needing to access each Sailebot individually. You can access this view from the navigation menu by selecting "All Responses."

Once accessed, the default filter is set to AiQLs with an "All Time" date range. These filters can be leveraged to narrow down which leads to view.

2. Which Lead Types Are Viewable Here?

There are three lead types that can be filtered in this view:

  • AiQLs: Leads that have requested more information or a meeting with the Sailer.

  • Positive Responses: Leads that have shown positive engagement with the Sailebot but are not yet ready for a meeting or information. However, the engagement has since gone cold.

  • Developing: Leads that the Sailebot is actively engaging with, which have the potential to become an AiQL or a Positive Response.

  • Objections: Leads that include a response of general disinterest, not the right time, lack of need, or use competitor.

When a selection is made from the dropdown menu, the displayed leads will match the selected lead type.

3. Filtering by Date

Using the date filter when assessing a specific lead type can significantly improve your understanding of the leads your fleet has received or is currently engaging with.

The suggested date ranges will appear in a dropdown menu and will automatically update the results once a selection is made. If you prefer to view specific dates, selecting "Select from Calendar" will open a different view for date selection.

The results will update immediately as filters are applied for both lead type and date range.
