Campaigns

What are Campaigns?

A campaign encompasses all the elements involved in creating your Sailebot, including the industries and target profiles you've selected, as well as the content you've generated. In the campaigns tab, you can also review the responses generated by this particular campaign.

Active, Finished, and Pending Approval Campaigns

Campaign Details

Campaign Details allows you to rename your campaign and add a description. As well as editing your sailebots persona. This is helpful when you are managing multiple campaigns.

Starboard Responses

After selecting an active campaign, you can view all the AiQLs within the AiQLs tab.

Companies

Removing Companies

The Companies tab lets you view all companies your Sailebot is targeting and remove them as needed.

Removing a company from your Sailebot will prevent it from receiving further outreach.

Removal Reasons of Companies
When removing a company, a pop-up will appear that will allow you to add a reason for removal.

Reason Types:

Outside of ICP
A company is in the retail apparel industry, but your campaign only targets construction firms.

Competitor
The company sells energy management software that directly competes with your own offering.

Current Customer
The account is already under an active contract or has an ongoing service relationship with your team.

Already Engaged
The account is currently in an active sales cycle, has an open opportunity, or is already being worked by a rep outside of Sailebot.

Other
The company is in the correct industry but was manually flagged by leadership to avoid outreach due to a sensitive partnership, acquisition, or internal exception.

Uploading Companies

Excluded Companies

Excluded companies will allow you to view all the companies you have excluded or removed from this Sailebot.

For example, if you have uploaded an exclusion list for this Sailebot, you will be able to view those companies here. If you removed a company from your companies tab, you will also be able to view that company here.

You can add a company back to your active companies list by clicking 'Add.' Keep in mind that the only companies you can add back to a Sailebot are those delivered as an AiQL and those you opted to remove from your Companies tab. In other words, those companies you uploaded as an exclusion list cannot be added back to your Sailebot.

💡 Pro-Tip: When an AiQL is delivered, and you want your Sailebot to target other decision-makers at the company, go to your excluded companies tab and add it back to your Companies list.

Contacts

The Contacts tab allows you to view all Contacts your Sailebot is targeting.

The Contacts tab allows you to view all contacts your Sailebot is targeting.

Every two weeks, a new CSV export is generated. You can download it by clicking Actions → Available Exports. This file includes contacts who did not engage with your emails and are now warmed for LinkedIn or phone outreach.

For these warm contacts, teams often:

  • Run short call blitzes focused on the new export.

  • Send quick 1:1 follow-up emails referencing the original topic.

  • Connect or message on LinkedIn within a day or two.

  • Prioritize high-fit accounts from the file for extra research and tailored outreach.

Targeting

The Targeting tab shows you your Sailebots Target Profile for outreach. You can make edits by managing your Sailebot's targeting.

Unsubscribed

The Unsubscribed tab lets you view all contacts your Sailebot has unsubscribed from outreach.

Contacts appear here when they unsubscribe in one of two ways:

  1. By clicking the unsubscribe link (if your campaign includes one), or

  2. By replying with phrases such as “unsubscribe,” or “do not contact again.”

You can export a CSV list of all unsubscribed contacts by clicking Export in the top right of the tab.

View a Finished Campaign

If you have a campaign that is now 'Finished,' meaning it is no longer active, but would like to see the data in a read-only view, simply click the 'Finished' tab.
