What is a Developing Response?
Developing responses are conversations your Sailebot is having with contacts that have reached a status of 'Developing.'
When a prospect responds to your Sailebot and makes a referral or requests future follow-up, your Sailebot will read the email for intent and then follow up with four email attempts to convert the response from Developing to an AiQL in either situation.
Examples
The Referral
"Hi Courtney, Please reach out to Dana who is in charge of overseeing this on our team."
If a referral is made, your Sailebot thanks the referrer for the introduction and then follows up with the contact it was referred to.
The Future Follow-up
"Hi Courtney, Please reach out to me in 2 months when I have more time to review your solution.
If the contact requests that the Sailebot follow up in the future, your Sailebot notes the follow-up date requested and then reaches out on that date.
Increase the conversion of Developing Responses
Here are some ways you can join forces with your Sailebot and increase the likelihood of conversion.
Send a LinkedIn Request: Once you've connected the LinkedIn Integration to your Sailebot, you'll see Available connection requests through the browser extension.
Call the Prospect: Click 'Get Phone Number' to generate a phone number for this prospect.
Follow up directly via Reply: Use the Reply feature in Starboard to jump into the conversation and message the contact directly. Keep in mind that once you reply, the Sailebot will end its outreach to that contact.
