How to Remove a Company
To remove a company from Starboard, follow these steps:
1. Select the Campaigns tab
Start by logging into Starboard and selecting the 'Campaigns' tab from the main menu.
2. Select the 'Companies' tab
Within the Campaigns section, go to the 'Companies' tab. This section provides an overview of all the companies your Sailebot is targeting.
3. Search and remove the Company
Use the search bar to find the Company you want to remove. Click the remove button on the right-hand side to remove a company you do not want your Sailebot to reach.
4. Choose the Reason for Removal
Choose the reason for removing the Company from your Sailebot. For example, if you were able to convert a Developing Opportunity, select 'Converted Manually'.
These inputs help your Sailebot continue to learn about your ideal targeting profiles.
5. Re-engage
Once a company is removed, your Sailebot will stop all outreach to that company/contacts and can be found on the Excluded Companies tab. If you want to Add the Company back to your Campaign, simply click Add.
