Responding to AiQLs
AiQLs have the highest intent level that Sailebot uncovers. Once these responses are delivered, they are ready for immediate action.
To increase the chances of conversion, follow the best practices listed below.

Respond Promptly
Responding to the prospect within 1 hour of the AiQL being delivered helps increase the chances of conversion.
Reply From Your Email
Click the Reply button in the AiQL Email Notification to open a new thread in your email inbox automatically.
Tip: If the reply button does not open a new email thread in your inbox, follow these steps to update your settings: Set Your Default Email Client.
Read the Email Thread
Catch up on your Sailebot's conversation with the prospect. Avoid reintroducing yourself to the prospect as if it was the first time they had met you. The Sailebot has already had a conversation with the prospect, and you should pick up where it left off!
Follow up
If you don’t receive a response from the prospect within 24 hours, follow up! Remember, these prospects had already engaged with the Sailebot before the AiQL was delivered.
