Adding LinkedIn Companies and Managing Responses with Sailebot
Sailebot streamlines your outreach by allowing companies found on LinkedIn to be directly added to your pipeline, making them immediately available for targeting and simplifying contact management.
Through LinkedIn integration, Sailebot also connects with contacts flagged as Developing or Nurturing responses:
Developing Responses are contacts who are actively moving through your pipeline and may soon become AiQLs.
Nurture Responses refer to contacts previously marked as Developing but have since become inactive or cold.
💡 Tip: Review the articles below for a quick refresher on handling response types:
With LinkedIn Integration, you can easily send connection requests and tailored messages to these contacts while Sailebot continues its engagement efforts. Since prospecting often requires persistence across multiple channels, Sailebot’s LinkedIn integration accelerates outreach and boosts conversion potential.

Connecting with LinkedIn Users Targeted by Your Sailebot
1. There are three contact statuses within your Sailebot’s targeting
Available: Contacts ready for an invite.
Pending: Connection requests that have been sent but are awaiting response.
Archived: Contacts saved but not currently invited; these can be reviewed and invited later.
Note: If there was an error with a request, it will show up under the Error'd status.
2. Under Available, you’ll see a list of connections you can make that day. You can either click Archive to save them for later or Send 10 Connections to proceed.
Note: You may uncheck any connections you do not want to send a request to.
3. Once connections are sent, a personalized message will also be sent to each contact to make the invite feel more authentic (see example below).
💡 Tip: To manage your connections, click 'My Network' 👉 'Manage' 👉 'Sent'
