Once under the AiQL tab, you will see the 'Thumbs Up' and 'Thumbs Down' options for each AiQL.
Please note: Once ratings are selected, they are permanent and cannot be modified.
Positive Feedback
After selecting Thumbs Up, a deal status can be selected:
To follow up
Converted
Opportunity
Closed Won
Closed Lost
Negative Feedback
After selecting Thumbs Down, a feedback window will open.
Sailebots can learn from this feedback and improve. For the best results, providing a reason and details is recommended.
