AiQL™ Explained

Everything you need to know about AiQL's.

The AiQL™ header will include all relevant company information, such as the company name, number of employees, revenue, website, and source origin.

The Task Breakdown section details the Digital Labor tasks completed by your Sailebot for this specific AiQL.

What is an AiQL?

An AiQL (AI Qualified Lead) is a high-quality, ready-to-engage prospect generated exclusively by your autonomous Sailebot®. Each AiQL reflects real buying interest or intent, and lands directly in your inbox.

Whenever a contact replies with a meeting- or information-seeking message, your Sailebot flags it, qualifies it, and automatically creates an AiQL.


How Sailebot Generates AiQLs

Your Sailebot works around the clock to:

  1. Source new companies that match your ICP

  2. Identify and engage decision-makers with your personalized messaging

  3. Read and interpret replies from prospects

  4. Surface only leads that are AiQL-worthy, meaning they’ve shown real intent and are ready for you to take over


What responses trigger an AiQL?

The 2 types of responses that trigger an AiQL are defined below.

Meeting-Seeking: Prospects that are requesting a meeting.

Information-Seeking: Prospects that are requesting more information.


How do I respond to an AiQL?

Responding to an AiQL is simple! Follow the steps below to pick up where your Sailebot left off:

Reply in Starboard

  1. In Starboard, navigate to the desired AiQL and click "Reply."

2. Curate your message directly in the reply pop-up.

3. To see a preview of your email, click "preview."

When a contact responds to the Sailebot email address, the Sailer will receive an email notification to view that response in Starboard.

Reply via email

  1. Click Reply to open the thread in your email

    Troubleshoot: If the reply button is not visible, you can reply by clicking "Not able to reply? Click Here". This will only show the most recent email, so you'll need to copy the entire thread manually.

  2. Draft a response to the prospect.

    Note: If your email service doesn’t display a full preview of the AiQL, you can scroll to the bottom and click "View in Browser" to open it in a new tab.


Where will I receive AiQLs?

Email:

Pro-Tip: To ensure your AiQLs land in your inbox, be sure to add your Sailebot email address as a trusted sender.

Starboard:

  1. Navigate to the 'Campaigns' tab in the menu bar and select your active campaign.

  2. Click 'View Details' to expand the AiQL and view the thread.


Get Phone Number

Click Get Phone Number to generate a phone number for this prospect.
