Email Reply Troubleshoot

Update your email settings to ensure compatibility with your preferred email system.

If the Reply button for your AiQLs is not populating the relevant email information or it’s not opening in your preferred email system, this can usually be solved by updating your email settings.

  1. Open the Control Panel

  2. Navigate to ‘Programs’ or ‘Default Programs’ button

  3. Select ‘Default Programs’

  4. Click ‘Set your default programs’

  5. Click the ‘Mail’ button

  6. Select your preferred email client (i.e., Outlook)

If you use Windows 10, you will likely see something similar to this image.

By default, in Windows 10, Mail is the process by which any email will attempt to be opened. If Edge is not your default internet browser, or you use a different email client than Mail, you may have this reply button issue.
