This feature allows Sailebot owners to add a personal, human touch to their outreach by attaching Sailebot-generated voice notes to emails, LinkedIn messages, SMS, and WhatsApp communications.
Voice Capture
In the My Sailebot dashboard, navigate to the 'Record voice sample' button at the bottom of the right-hand panel. You can then record up to three voice samples through the guided interface. We recommend recording all three; this gives the Sailebot more to work with and helps surface the best match.
*Note: Voice notes are currently only available to Sailers.
Voice Note Generation
Sailebot owners can generate voice notes from the AiQL, Positive Response, Developing, or Objections tabs
1. Click "Create Voice Note"
2. Draft your own script or click the 'Generate Script' button for a Sailebot-generated script.
3. When the script is drafted to your expectation, click the ‘Create Voice Note’ button.
4. Once the Sailebot generates the Voice Note, you can play it back. If any adjustments to the script are needed, make the changes and click 'Create Voice Note' again. When you're satisfied, click 'Save and Download.' This will save an MP3 file to your machine.
