You have the flexibility to update your Sailebot’s content at any stage—before launch, during an active campaign, or even afterward. This control lets you ensure that your Sailebot’s messaging accurately reflects your style and goals.
Here are a few things to keep in mind before you make edits:
All edits are live
Once you click Save, all changes are live and will be sent to prospects automatically, so double-check any updates before finalizing.
Merge Fields Are Essential
Make sure to use the merge fields listed at the bottom of the email editor. These fields personalize the messaging by inserting specific attributes (e.g., recipient’s name, company name).
Choosing the merge field
Be sure to use the merge fields provided in the email editor, which automatically insert specific attributes, such as recipient name or company, into your messages. To add a merge field, simply place your cursor where you want the attribute, type {, and select the desired field from the list. Note: To keep your Sailebot’s content compelling and engaging, follow these best practices.
1. Click on Campaigns in your Starboard menu bar.
2. Select the active campaign you wish to update.
3. Navigate to the Content tab.
4. Click the edit icon to open the email editor, then select Preview to view the content in email format.
5. Make your edits and click Save to apply the changes.
