How to enable HubSpot Integration
1. Click on 'Integrations' in your Starboard menu.
2. Find HubSpot and click 'Connect.'
3. Enter your HubSpot credentials and set up 2FA.
5. Once enabled, you will be routed back to Starboard, where you can see your HubSpot is now integrated.
π‘Tip
Want to auto-sync your AiQLs to HubSpot? Click the integration and turn on the 'Automatically Sync AiQLs' toggle. You can easily disconnect this if you no longer desire auto-sync.
How HubSpot integration works in Starboard
Navigate to Starboard π Campaigns π Active Campaign.
When a new AiQL is delivered to Starboard, sync it to your HubSpot by clicking 'More Actions' and then 'Add to CRM.'
Note: If 'Add to CRM' is greyed out, the integration must still be set up.
A badge on the AiQL will be displayed once it has been added to your CRM.
Note: This button will not be shown when auto-sync is enabled, as all AiQLs will be synced.
How HubSpot works in AiQL email notifications
Open Email π Click on the AiQL π Scroll down to the HubSpot logo.
When a new AiQL is delivered to your email, sync it to your HubSpot by clicking the HubSpot logo below the reply button.
Note: Since CRM integration is synced with the individual the Sailebot represents (Sailer) and not at the company level, that person is the only one who can click the HubSpot logo and sync the AiQL to their CRM.
Send AiQLs directly to your Hubspot
When an account or contact is created or updated in your CRM, it can be automatically sent to your Sailebot for action.
