Logging into your Starboard Account

A step-by-step guide for activating and logging in to your new Starboard account.

Activating your account via invitation

You will receive an email from support@saile.ai with a temporary password to set up your user account.

Note: Your temporary password will expire seven days after it is issued.


1. Click 'Go to Starboard' and use the temporary password provided in the invitation email

2. Set a Password

You will create a password for your Starboard account. You will have the ability to change this in the future if you would like.

3. Set up Authentication

Starboard allows users to authenticate using either SMS or a two-factor authentication (2FA) app.

All users must set up an authentication method. Many users prefer SMS for its convenience, but note that SMS may not be supported in all countries. In such cases, you will need to use a 2FA app.

4. Set up SSO (optional)

Please contact support@saile.ai if your team would like to set up SSO (Single Sign-On) for Starboard. SSO allows your team to log in without going through the standard authentication process. Note that this setup will require additional configuration from your team.
