Sailebot Health

  • Sailebot Health deliverability score enables you to monitor mailbox health based on factors such as spam rate, bounce rate, etc. A low deliverability score suggests that emails are more likely to be flagged as spam or have a high bounce rate, indicating that emails are not reaching their intended recipients effectively.

What do these scores mean?

  • 75% or Greater = Excellent

  • 40% - 75% = Average

  • 40% and below = Poor, action needed, see below

📥 Tips to increase your email deliverability score:

  • Use subdomains: Subdomains are email domains created and owned by your company and provided to Sailes for exclusive use with Sailebots, ensuring top email performance.

  • Relevant subject lines: Keep subject lines clear, concise, and under seven words.

  • Engaging content: Ensure emails contain engaging and relevant content for the recipients to avoid emails being marked as spam.

  • Proper formatting: Avoid excessive use of caps, exclamation points, and spam trigger words such as “free”, “no risk”, and “guarantee”.

  • Refined Targeting: Optimize your contact targeting to ensure relevance and accuracy, reducing the risk of irrelevant titles flagging your emails as spam.

Email Volume

  • Email Volume shows your Sailebot's email activity, with a best practice of 300-500 emails daily.

📤 Tips to increase your Sailebot sending volume:

  • If you’re supplying companies and/or contacts for your Sailebot’s outreach, low sending volume may indicate more data is needed. Provide additional accounts and/or contacts to expand your pool.

  • If Sailebot is sourcing companies and contacts, consider the following to broaden your market:

    • Expand the range of industries or job titles you are targeting.

    • Include additional locations to widen your geographical reach.

    • Simplify your campaign targeting by programming only employee size or revenue, not both.

Response Sentiment

  • Response Sentiment helps you understand how well your Sailebots email content resonates with your prospects. Studies show anything above 15% favorable is considered good.

📈 Tips to improve poor Response Sentiment:

  • Better Targeting

    • Refine your Job Titles/Roles/Functions to define your ideal customer profile more precisely.

For customers not using Hyperpersonalized Content:

  • Improve email structure

    • Keep subject lines specific and benefit-focused.

    • Limit emails to 3-4 short paragraphs.

    • Ensure referrals are included in every email.

    • ☝️ Pro-Tip: Consider reviewing your top-performing email and pulling what works best for the low-performing email.

Sailebot Intelligence

  • Sailebots have always been the gold standard in autonomous prospecting (“exploring”). With Sailebot intelligence, they now learn what's working best when prospecting and do more of what's working. They exploit what they are having the most success with. Intelligence measures how much more efficient they were at targeting exploited contacts than the general exploring motion. When there is an increase in efficiency, these are counted as intelligence points.
