What does the AiQL Status mean?
Within the AiQL section of the campaign, Sailers can access "More Actions" and manually update the status of an AiQL.
Status Selection and Their Definitions
To Follow Up: The Sailer has to follow up with that AiQL (either to book a meeting, or to send information.)
Converted: A Sailer is manually taking over the next step, such as setting up a meeting or sending information.
Opportunity: This lead has progressed past the meeting/information stage, and a deal is being planned or negotiated.
Closed-Won: A deal has been finalized and signed with this lead.
Closed-Lost: A deal was not made, and this lead is no longer being pursued.
Unqualified: The Sailer can use this status to indicate AiQLs that are off the mark or Non-ICP.
Once a Status Is Selected, What’s Next?
The status selection allows Sailers to view their AiQLs and identify any that have not yet been converted. The status will be displayed within the AiQL data at the bottom of the card. Additionally, when AiQL data is exported, the selected status will be included.
Opportunity Value
Within "More Actions," Sailers will have the ability to update their AiQL with the opportunity value. Associating this value with the AiQL provides a quick view of the potential deal values each AiQL can contribute to a Sailer’s pipeline.
